2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
3. Services
Whitberryluxe offers the following cleaning services which can be booked through our website:
- Airbnb Turnover Cleaning
- Residential Home Cleaning
- Commercial Office Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning Service
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Cleaning Packages (Basic, Standard, Premium)
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
4. Booking and Appointments
All bookings are made through our online booking system powered by WooCommerce. When making a booking you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and service address
- Select the correct service type, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and any additional services required
- Choose an available date and time for your appointment
- Ensure someone is available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time unless other arrangements have been made
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details after completing checkout.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is based on the service selected, number of rooms, duration, and any additional add-ons chosen during booking.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize Whitberryluxe to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Whitberryluxe is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution in connection with your payment.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.

7. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns, including returning to re-clean any areas that did not meet our standards. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.
8. User Accounts
You may create an account on our website to manage your bookings and personal information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. Access to Your Property
By booking a service you grant Whitberryluxe and its cleaning staff permission to access the property at the address provided for the purpose of performing the booked cleaning service. You are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time. Whitberryluxe is not liable for any delays caused by inaccessible properties.
11. Liability
Whitberryluxe carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff during a cleaning appointment, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate the claim and respond accordingly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item up to the value of the service booked.
Whitberryluxe is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Damage caused by improperly secured or unstable items
- Loss of personal items left unsecured during cleaning
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Prohibited Conduct
When using our website and services you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during booking or account registration
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or representatives
- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
